The AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP program pairs thousands of Americans aged 55 and older with organizations making changes in communities across the country.
Our Emergency Support Services is a Disaster Volunteer Program that utilizes volunteers to prepare and respond to any type of disaster that may affect Flagler County.
This program allows local residents who have knitting or crocheting abilities to have a positive impact on people who are facing crisis. The volunteers create thousands of handmade items each year for distribution to those in need. Items include: blankets, shawls, shrugs, hats, baby sweaters and caps, booties, etc.
ReadingPals is a statewide early literacy initiative that provides volunteer mentors for students from Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) to 3rd grade who may need extra help, utilizing one-on-one or small group settings.
The S.W.A.T. team is made up of volunteers who support local special events, community activities, one-day projects, or short-term assignments.
The Giving Store allows local children in Kindergarten through 5th grade the opportunity to select Holiday gifts for each member of their household free of charge. The goal has been to teach these children the “Joy of Giving” during the holiday season.
